Since so many people at Mydel are doing great work for little or no salary, it was time to thank them by organizing a beach party at “White sand beach” in Entebbe. Around 35 people, including employees, local- and international volunteers, as well as friends of the organization departed for a day of fun on Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival at the beach many took the opportunity to freshen up in Lake Victoria, while others relaxed with refreshments from the beach bar. Later on, certificates were given to departing volunteers and words of appreciation were shared. The day came to an end with many new friendships made and a lot of new inspiration for future projects and cooperations. We want to thank everyone, who was part of this marvellous day and for proving once again, that Mydel can play just as hard as they work.
